Overview

As HR Business Partner you will help drive the Firm’s people strategy and create a unique people experience for each individual. The Talent Consultant plays a key role to support and drive key human resources processes in a fast-paced, professional services environment. This role acts as a strategic advisor to business leaders, ensuring HR initiatives are aligned with business objectives while delivering exceptional employee experience.

Also, you will work as a critical team player, promoting consistent and timely implementation of performance and development management processes while enhancing the overall employee experience.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong stakeholder management, autonomy, and resilience, with the ability to operate as a trusted partner across multiple HR disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end Human Resources processes, including Talent Management, Performance Management, Onboarding and Offboarding, Headcount planning, and Compensation cycles.
Actively participate in performance and mid-year review processes, ensuring consistency, compliance, and effective execution.
Serve as the primary point of contact for leaders and employees on HR-related matters, providing guidance aligned with organizational policies and best practices.
Partner with business leaders to address people-related challenges and contribute to organizational effectiveness.
Maintain accurate HR data and reporting, leveraging tools and systems to support decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless HR service delivery.

What we are looking for

Minimum 4 years of experience managing Human Resources processes, preferably in professional services or consulting environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
Intermediate proficiency in Excel; working with Workday is highly desirable.
Solid understanding of core HR practices, including talent and performance management and compensation processes.
Proven ability to engage and influence leaders at different levels, acting as a true HR Business Partner.
High level of self-organization, initiative, and accountability.
Resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments.
Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a team.
Strong exposure and interaction with diverse teams, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
