SailPoint Administrator role exists to ensure effective identity governance and
access control across the organization by administering and maintaining the
SailPoint platform. The position is accountable for ensuring user access is
provisioned, reviewed, and removed in a secure, compliant, and auditable
manner. The expected result is reduced access risk, strong regulatory
compliance, and reliable identity controls that support business operations. RESPONSIBILITIES
& DUTIES Identity
Governance Administration & Platform Operations - Administer and support
the SailPoint Identity Governance platform, including configuration, role
models, access policies, certifications, workflows, and integrations, ensuring
stable, secure, and compliant operation. Access
Provisioning, De-Provisioning & Control Enforcement - Manage and oversee
user access provisioning and de-provisioning processes to ensure timely,
accurate, and policy-compliant access in accordance with least privilege,
segregation of duties, and regulatory requirements. Access
Reviews, Certifications & Audit Support -Coordinate and support access
certifications, user access reviews, and attestation campaigns. Ensure
audit-ready documentation, evidence retention, and timely remediation of access
issues or violations. Risk
Management, Compliance & Policy Validation -Monitor identity and access
risks, validate access controls, identify policy violations, and support
compliance with SOX, SOC, ISO, and other regulatory or internal control
frameworks. Reporting,
Metrics & Continuous Improvement - Develop and maintain identity governance
metrics, reporting, and dashboards; analyze trends; support internal and
external audits; and drive continuous improvement of identity governance
controls and processes. POSITION
REQUIREMENTS · BS or
MS in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, Information
Security/Assurance, Internal Audit · 3-5 +
years’ experience in IT ·
SailPoint Experience 1-2 years. ·
ServiceNow experience a plus. KNOWLEDGE
& COMPETENCIES · Strong
troubleshooting, analysis, problem-solving and decision-making skills · Strong
written and verbal communication skills including Fluent in the English
Language · Manage
