The Role:
Production Support Specialist role focused on providing Level 1 IT support for Cart’s Fulfillment‑as‑a‑Service operations. Responsible for troubleshooting production issues, monitoring system health, executing operational tasks on Linux servers (SSH/CLI), querying production databases, and reviewing code to resolve data and system incidents. This role requires strong attention to detail, technical problem‑solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, startup environment while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Become a recognized technical expert with the Cart product set.
- Work with a team of production support specialists, providing issue resolution and performing troubleshooting.
- Present issues to the team when to address blockers
- Use resourcefulness and quick-thinking to troubleshoot new and critical technical issues
- Consult directly with internal parties on the solutions, aiding in any communication to clients.
- Utilize functional product and technical knowledge to educate, problem-solve, and deliver issue resolution to our clients and facilities.
- Participate in collective knowledge sharing through mentoring others.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of proven experience
- English proficiency B2, C1, C2
- You have 2+ years' experience in production support
- You have experience with ERP (NetSuite, Magento, etc.), ecommerce (Shopify, etc.) or warehouse management systems (Manhattan Associates, etc.)
- Bachelor's Degree: Software Engineering, Computer System or related.
This position is open only to candidates who are legally authorized to work in Mexico. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
