Compensation & Incentives
- Salary $19,161.30 MXN To $31,161.00 MXN gross per month.
- Hiring bonus of $5,000mxn; $2,500 at 90 days and another $2,500mxn at 180.

Job Overview
As a New Business Sales Representative, you'll be the face of our company, connecting with potential clients through various channels to understand their unique financial needs and provide tailored solutions. You'll play a crucial role in driving our growth while building lasting relationships that make a real difference in people's financial lives.
Your Responsibilities
- Generate new business through strategic outreach via phone, email, and text
- Build rapport with potential clients to understand their financial needs
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
- Maintain accurate customer records and data entry
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies
Required Qualifications
- Fluent English and Spanish communication skills (written and verbal)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of sales and/or collections experience
- Comfort with high-volume calling (125+ calls daily)
- Strong MS Office and typing skills
