Job Description:
We are seeking a Search Evaluator / Content Moderator with at least 1 year of experience in search evaluation, content moderation, data annotation, or quality review.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate search results for relevance, accuracy, and quality.
- Review and moderate user-generated content according to platform guidelines.
- Identify and flag inappropriate, misleading, or policy-violating content.
- Perform quality assurance checks and provide feedback to improve search and content systems.
- Maintain high accuracy and productivity while handling large volumes of data.
- Follow established moderation policies and confidentiality requirements.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Search Evaluation or Content Moderation.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret and apply content policies and guidelines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with data labeling, annotation, or quality assurance is a plus.
- Comfortable working independently and meeting productivity targets.
Preferred:
- Experience with search engine evaluation projects.
- Familiarity with AI/ML data annotation and content review processes.
- Exposure to trust & safety operations or digital platform moderation.
