We are seeking a reliable and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this remote role, you will play a key part in supporting our leasing efforts and maintaining resident satisfaction for apartment rentals in the US. You will be the first point of contact for new leads and an important support resource for current residents.
Key Responsibilities:
· Respond promptly to all new leasing leads via phone, text, and email
· Answer and direct incoming calls professionally
· Maintain communication with current residents, addressing questions and ensuring satisfaction
· Assist prospects throughout the leasing process by providing information, scheduling tours, and following up
· Send personalized follow-ups and updates to prospective renters
· Report daily on lead activity and resident interactions
· Collaborate with the on-site team to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent service
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in leasing, customer service, or virtual assistant roles preferred
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to manage multiple communication platforms (phone, email, text) efficiently
· Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
· Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace

Pay: $20,000.00 - $24,000.00 per month
