Product Manager – Digital Platforms & Customer Experience (Salesforce, Angular & Change Management) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with strong change management expertise to lead the strategy, delivery, and successful adoption of customer-facing digital platforms. This role owns the end-to-end lifecycle of our Salesforce Experience Cloud and custom Angular applications—from roadmap definition and execution to product launch, user adoption, and continuous improvement. You will play a pivotal role in transforming the B2B digital customer experience across product discovery, quoting, order tracking, and account management while ensuring effective organizational readiness, communication, and training for product releases. Partnering closely with IT, engineering, business stakeholders, and leadership, you will bridge product execution with change enablement to maximize value realization across the organization. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Delivery Define and own the digital product roadmap for customer-facing platforms, including Salesforce Experience Cloud and custom Angular applications. Gather and prioritize business requirements from sales, customer service, operations, and leadership to streamline and enhance the end-to-end digital customer journey. Partner with IT and engineering teams to ensure development aligns with enterprise architecture, integrations (ERP, CRM, PIM), security standards, and scalability goals. Manage feature prioritization to improve customer experience, increase self-service adoption, and reduce operational and support friction. Lead agile product delivery, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release coordination. Track and own platform KPIs including user engagement, digital conversion, adoption, and utilization metrics. Change Management & Product Adoption Design and execute comprehensive change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new platforms, features, and releases. Conduct change impact assessments to understand stakeholder needs, readiness, and potential resistance. Develop and deliver clear communication plans that articulate product value, timelines, and changes across diverse stakeholder groups. Create and coordinate release communications, training materials, FAQs, demos, and enablement resources. Partner with training teams and business leaders to deliver effective training programs and workshops. Identify, manage, and mitigate resistance through proactive engagement, coaching, and stakeholder alignment. Stakeholder Engagement & Continuous Improvement Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, product teams, IT, and end users. Coordinate user testing, UAT, and feedback loops pre- and post-launch to improve usability and experience. Establish feedback and monitoring mechanisms post-release to assess adoption, identify gaps, and drive enhancements. Support organizational change readiness, internal communications, and leadership reporting related to product performance and adoption. Stay current on Salesforce platform capabilities, Angular framework updates, digital UX trends, and change management best practices. Required Qualifications 4 years of experience in product management for customer-facing or enterprise digital platforms. 3 years of hands-on experience leading change management initiatives for product launches or digital transformations. Proven experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and understanding of platform capabilities (sites, user roles, Lightning components). Experience working with or alongside custom Angular applications in enterprise environments. Strong understanding of backend integrations, API-driven architectures, and IT delivery models. Demonstrated expertise in change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) and adoption measurement. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business messaging. Strong agile delivery and product lifecycle management background. Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Organizational Development, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications Experience in distribution, wholesale, or industrial B2B environments. Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Web Components and Apex (conceptual knowledge). Experience managing platform governance, security roles, and multi-system data flows. Background in UX collaboration, user research, and experimentation. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and release management. Change Management certification (Prosci, CCMP) is a plus.
