Senior Performance Creative Strategist (Direct Response & DTC Ecommerce) Remote (Mexico)| EST Hours (Typically 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, with some flexibility) Company-provided equipment We're looking for a highly hands-on Senior Performance Creative Strategist to help scale high-growth DTC ecommerce brands through data-driven creative strategy, direct response marketing, and performance-focused execution. This is not a traditional copywriting or strategy-only role. We're looking for someone who can own the entire creative process—from customer research and messaging development to funnel concepts, creative briefs, testing strategies, and performance analysis. You'll work closely with growth, creative, and media buying teams to launch and optimize campaigns that drive measurable business growth. What You'll Do · Develop and execute performance creative strategies for DTC ecommerce brands · Create detailed creative briefs for paid social campaigns · Conduct customer and market research to identify winning messaging and creative angles · Write and refine direct response copy for ads, landing pages, sales pages, and funnels · Analyze Meta Ads performance and identify new testing opportunities · Develop funnel concepts, customer journeys, upsells, and conversion-focused experiences · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch and optimize campaigns · Leverage AI tools to improve research, ideation, and execution efficiency Requirements · Recent DTC Ecommerce experience (within the last 3 years) · Strong direct response copywriting experience · Deep understanding of Meta Ads and performance marketing · Experience creating creative briefs, funnel concepts, and customer journeys · Strong research and consumer insight skills · Experience working with ecommerce brands and performance-focused marketing teams · Familiarity with Meta's Andromeda update and its impact on creative strategy and testing · Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) Preferred Qualifications · Experience supporting brands generating $70M in annual revenue · Experience supporting Meta ad accounts with significant monthly ad spend · Experience using AI tools to improve marketing workflows and productivity · Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or similar tools for mockups and creative collaboration What Success Looks Like · Launching new creative tests quickly and consistently · Bringing innovative funnel and creative concepts to market · Creating winning messaging angles based on customer research · Driving measurable growth through creative strategy and testing · Taking ownership of projects from concept through execution
