We are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial, and action-oriented Product & Marketing Manager to spearhead this high-stakes entry.
Following the successful onboarding of our first two foundational members in other business units, this role is the critical first hire tasked with building our core product and marketing presence in Mexico from the ground up.

In this Role, you'll get to:Local Market Research Conduct market research to understand regional customer needs, preferences, and trends that influence brand value proposition and product offerings and marketing strategies.
Conduct user research to understand user behavior and provide suggestions to improve acquisition, engagement and retention efficiencies.
Conduct competitor research to understand competitor's strategy on pricing, campaign, marketing and product experience.
Local Marketing: Develop and execute localized marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Collaborate with HQ marketing teams to provide market-specific insights and localized content suggestions.
Execute end-to-end tactical campaigns, taking ownership of banner/landing page setups, EDM, app pushes, and hook configurations during initial operations.
Local Product Marketing: Test online and app product experience and report on issues and opportunities.
Work closely with HQ product teams to localize product experience.
Monitor the performance of business metrics and ensure continuous improvement based on customer feedback and data analysis.
Collaboration & Reporting: Partner with cross-functional teams including product, CRM, HQ campaign, partnership, and sourcing teams to align on overall strategies.
Manage relationships with external marketing channels for the execution of local marketing initiatives.Track the success of local marketing activities via quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing or product marketing roles, with a strong career foundation.A highly versatile professional with exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills, capable of shifting seamlessly between strategic planning and rapid execution.
Strong experience in managing end-to-end marketing activity planning, execution, and data-driven performance analysis.
Strong understanding of market research techniques and customer segmentation to drive localized growth strategies in Mexico.
Exceptional communication skills for effective cross-border collaboration with HQ teams.
Proven leadership potential or experience in team building, with the ability to manage, guide, and structurally scale local team members in the future.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the travel or OTA (Online Travel Agency) industry is a strong plus, provided it is backed by solid digital marketing competencies.
Advanced data analysis skills (e.g., SQL) are a great advantage.
